What the school keeps of yours, why, and what it never sees.
This wording is a placeholder. It is here so the site is not silent about privacy, and it is replaced by a reviewed notice before the school opens.
Accounts
An account takes an email address and a password. The password arrives scrambled and stays that way, so nobody at the school can read it back. Your email address is how the school knows who you are and how it reaches you about your account.
Payments
Course fees are paid through our payment provider, and your card details go to them. The school sees that a payment was made and what it was for, never the card behind it. What stays here is the record of what you enrolled in and what you paid.
Error reporting
When something in the app breaks, it sends us a report of what went wrong and which screen you were on at the time. Those reports exist to find and fix faults, and they are not used to follow what you do.
Cookies
Signing in sets one small cookie, and that cookie is what keeps you signed in as you move between pages; signing out clears it. There are no advertising cookies here, and nothing on this site tracks you across others.
